Designed To Support Healing After Serious Fractures
Reselute is developing orthopedic implants designed to improve outcomes after serious bone fractures. Our first product, the Reselution™ Tibial Nail, is being created to help surgeons stabilize broken bones while also delivering antibiotics directly at the site of injury, all within a single device.

Designed With Infection Risk In Mind
Why This Matters
Infections after surgery can be serious, especially in open fractures where the bone is exposed. These infections may require additional surgeries, longer recovery times, and more time in the hospital.
The Reselution™ Tibial Nail is designed to help lower this risk by delivering infection-fighting medication right where it’s needed – in the bone.
How is this different from a regular implant?
Traditional implants stabilize the bone but do not deliver medication. The Reselution™ Tibial Nail is designed to do both by supporting healing while releasing antibiotics directly at the site of injury.
Why is infection such a concern after fracture surgery?
In certain high-risk fractures, especially open fractures where the bone is exposed, bacteria can enter the body and cause infections. These infections can delay healing and may require additional surgeries. The goal of the Reselute implant is to help reduce that risk.
